Our founder Carol Hamilton presents her interactive keynote presentation on how we can disrupt diversity and shift the conversation beyond simply tolerance and toward valuing each other as people.

Carol invites critical thinking on tough issues, and then engages the audience in a dynamic discussion, while maintaining a sense of levity and keeping the topics approachable. 

We love to follow this with a diversity party (think confetti).

Internal Campaigns

We collaborate with you to build a custom campaign for your organization. These initiatives are designed to complement your existing policies and procedures, adding in the necessary elements to shift the conversation, spark authenticity in relationships, and build trust.

We provide facilitated conversations for leadership to face these tough conversations with levity. We create a safe space so they can challenge their collective mindset and develop new pathways and strategy.

We offer training for internal diversity advocates, and strategy and support for building internal masterminds as well as other other unique approaches. 

We create these experiences with the intent that they be joyful and meaningful.

Storyteller Coaching

We’re passionate about building speaker confidence and executive presence so that you (or your leadership) can shine in your own style, and develop your own story and method of delivery.

We walk through what you are trying to accomplish, the message you’re sharing, and hone it until it becomes a diamond of a story, memorable and relevant to the audience.

We love pairing this with our custom campaigns as part of the training for internal diversity advocates, because the world needs more diverse individuals sharing their stories with power and for impact. (We work 1:1 with individuals preparing for a specific engagement as well.)
